TUNE 1 - Refresh - $60

  • Brake and Shift Cables Lubed

  • True and Tension Wheels

  • Lube/Check Chain for Stretch

  • Brake Pads, Rims, and/or Rotors Cleaned and/or Resurfaced

  • Derailleur Hanger Straitened 

  • Derailleur Limit Screws Set Correctly/Pivots Lubed

  • Hubs Adjusted (rebuild not included in tune 1)

  • Crank Adjusted

  • Headset Adjusted 

  • Valve Stems Strait and Tire Pressure Correct

  • Brake Levels at 45 Degrees

  • Full Safety Check (Check every bolt on the bike ie. chainrings, stem, axel, brakes, shifters, etc.)

Tune 2 - Rejuvenate - $80

Everything in the Tune 1 +

 

  • Cassette and Rear Derailleur Cleaned in Parts Washer

  • Rear Derailleur Pulleys Cleaned, Pivots Lubed

  • Replace Cables and Housing

Tune 3 - Overhaul - $100

Everything in Tunes 1 and 2 +

 

  • Remove, Degrease, and clean “FULL” Drive Train in Solvent Tank (chain, cassette, rear der., front der., drive side crank)

  • Adjust and Grease Bottom Bracket and Crank Spindle

  • Clean and Inspect Everything

  • Make Sure Hubs are Adjusted, and repack/replace Bearings if Necessary

  • Bike is Really Freaking Clean!

Tire and Wheel Repairs

⧫ Flat Tire: $5-$15

⧫ Bent Wheel/Truing: $20-$25 

⧫ Tubeless/Tape Setup: $45

⧫ Spoke Repair: $15-$20

⧫ Wheel Build: $70-$100

Installs / Adjustments

⧫ Minimum Labor: $5 / $5-$10 for every specialty tool 

⧫ Shop Rate: $80/hr

⧫ Adjustments and/or Installs: $15-$20 per-part 

⧫ Bike Assembly Fee: $120 

⧫ Internal/Dropper Routing: +$5 per
